When you order from the RADBMX Shop website you agree to the listed terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Place an Order

Shop Opening Hours
The website & fourm are open 24/7! Telephone us between 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Saturday. Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays. We live BMX, so always ready to give you the right advice.

Opening Hours
Monday - 9.30am to 6.00pm
Tuesday - 9.30am to 6.00pm
Wednesday - 9.30am to 6.00pm
Thursday - 9.30am to 6.00pm
Friday - 9.30am to 2.00pm
Saturday -  9.00am to 5.30pm
Sunday - CLOSED 

Security/Privacy
We take security and your privacy very seriously, no credit card details are kept and your personal details are only used to send your order to - nothing else!

Item out of stock
It is our mission to only list products that are physically in stock on the shop floor. However, at busy times it may be that a particular product sells out before we can remove it from the site. If this happens you will be contacted by email to let you know an expected delivery date or to offer alternatives. Please let us know your telephone number if you would prefer a call. 

Pricing
All items in the RADBMX Shop are priced in GB Pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate.

Shipping
Next day delivery is next working day - it does not include Saturday or Sunday. If you order before 2pm on Friday you will receive your goods on Monday. Offer Terms & Conditions

Free Postage Offer
Free postage on orders over £60 (excluding postage) is to the UK Mainland only. For Scottish highlands & Islands, IOM, IOW please call.

Price Promise/Price Matching
We aim to keep our prices competitive at all times and constantly montior other shops to ensure we offer you the best prices.  Where we have missed something we will also match the price of any identical item found elsewhere, but the following conditions must be met:

• The product is identical in every way including colour, graphics, condition, size, finish, etc. 
• The product is not subject to a seasonal reduction or sale.
• The item includes delivery charges.
• The item is physically in stock at the other store.

Rider Alliance Loyalty Club / 10% Discount Cards
From 5th Jan 2011 the RADBMX Shop Rider Alliance has changed! All previous 10% cards have now expired. Instead we are NOT increasing our prices in line with the new higher VAT rates and have opened a new section to the shop.
